Jag blev nyfiken p\u00e5 yogan tack vare den fysiska delen, och ins\u00e5g snabbt att det var utm\u00e4rkt tr\u00e4ning. Men min hj\u00e4rna var ovan vid det l\u00e5ngsamma tempot, vilket gjorde att jag upplevde det som tr\u00e5kigt i b\u00f6rjan. Men jag fortsatte, f\u00f6r jag ville \u00e5t det fysiska. Det var min port in i yogan.<br \/>Att stilla tankarna kom senare, l\u00e5ngt senare. I yogan jobbar vi och t\u00e4nker helhet, vilket i l\u00e4ngden ger balans och frid. Yogan ger oss ett fantastiskt verktyg som hj\u00e4lper oss att m\u00e5 bra i vardagen. Det vill jag \u00e5t nu. D\u00e4r var jag inte f\u00f6rst. D\u00e4r \u00e4r jag nu. Allt beh\u00f6ver tid.<\/p>\n<p>Till skogen och havet g\u00e5r jag f\u00f6r att vara i n\u00e4rhet. N\u00e4rhet till naturen. N\u00e4rhet till mig sj\u00e4lv. Vi \u00e4r en del av Moder Jord och det \u00e4r f\u00f6r oss att respektera och v\u00e5rda. I det respekterar vi och v\u00e5rdar oss sj\u00e4lva. Back to basics.
